The interview process was very swift. we did a phone screening interview followed a video interview on their platform which included a demo teaching module. I then submitted to a criminal background check

I had teaching experience so they asked me about how I had handled a belligerent student.
I applied online and then they set up an interview with me. The interviewer's questions were straightforward and I also got to ask questions about the job. There was clear follow up on the next steps in the interview process.

Entretien
The interview is performed in online/ remote setting.
You have to record yourself and you are given two tries to answer few questions asked.
There is a practice question to get you going.
There was no interview process. We just got offer letters and I think its because they are still starting and up and all. But I think its a great opportunity to learn and teach.
