Digital video interview with 7 questions, 30 seconds to prepare for each question, opportunity to review responses and resubmit each one once. Before the entire interview, the software gives you an opportunity to practice, so you can preview your camera angle, lighting, etc. to see how you look and sound on the receiving end.

Entretien
It was super simple hiring process. There was l one self recorded interview, everything was done online until final phone interview. Phone interview was more like telling the logistics of the job and what it entailed. It was an easy process.
It was a two step process. There were Prerecorded interview questions that you send in for review. After that you speak to a recruiter during a live time interview. I believe that was it before they hired me.

Entretien
Smooth, vert fair, and very innovative. It was an online video format interview. You see the interviewer ask a question on video, and then you have 2 chances to film your answer. It was not stressful, very clear, and innovative.
