I had two interviews-both were via HireVue. The first was a series of broad sales and background related, pre-recorded questions from various employees. You have a moment to think about your answer then record your response and move to the next question. After a day I was contacted by phone to set up a 2nd interview. I was asked to call company beforehand and act like a customer to get a feel for the selling process. 2nd interview was live video with the Regional going over my call experience plus role playing and making sure I was comfortable with the schedule.

Entretien
It was okay. There is plenty of opportunity to practice before your final recording. I believe there were 2 or 3 trials per video recording. There were two personal questions regarding interest of the said position.
first i had to record myself answering pre recorded questions. after that, it took three days, i was invited to a phone interview. overall great process and would recommend to anyone
