very unprofessional. I interviewed with the hiring manager, who was distracted, bored, didn't want to be there, etc. I couldn't tell what it was, but there was no preparation on the interviewers part, they asked very very basic questions, did not dig into anything, just kept it surface level. After 22 days of getting "we'll be making decisions about next steps later this week" I decided to withdraw my name. The whole process was very unprofessional, there was no communication except when I initiated it, and overall just a terrible experience.
