One of the more unprofessional and odd interviews I have experienced in some time. I come from a large Enterprise company in SF. The process was 3 fold, one interview with the recruiter, 2nd interview with colleagues and 3rd interview was with the hiring manager and oddly, an HR representative who would have nothing to do with the actual position itself. All interviews were very different from each other in terms of questions and style, with the final interview being the most unprofessional. Both the hiring and HR representative were late, didn't apologize and most of their questions were not customer-centric but related to operating in unstable conditions. Huge red flag.
