Had an interview on site at the Winnipeg office, Interview process involved a panel interview with 2 senior managers, it was mainly focused on behavioral and technical questions from your past experience and some basic architecture and problem solving questions. Followed by a leetcode medium-hard level question on a whiteboard, they expect you to complete the leetcode question in 25 minutes. Followed by final questions on your logic and thinking to solve the problem, However no response after 1 week follow up, I am still ghosted by the recruiter after several follow up emails.

The overall interview process was very nice and thorough. I had an initial call with Recruiter who explained the next steps and we had a brief chat about my experience, motivation, and so on. Next step was technical+behavioural interview with two managers. The technical questions were interesting and the coding exercise was very nice and collaborative. After that, I had the final round with the hiring manager and another manager. It was both behavioural and technical , and also the role and team's work was explained to me. Along with a good discussion about my projects and expertise. The process took a long time but it was understandable as there were quite many candidates applying for this position.
