The interview panel did not know clearly about the interview length. It was a 45 min interview but one of them assumed it was a one hour interview. The interview had to stop because one panel member had a meeting after it. They don't really have any prepared questions. All questions were asked in a very free way. They asked 3 weaknesses of you, which I think is a very dull/destructive question.
