I went to 2 sets of interviews before being offered the role. I also had to prepare and deliver a presentation to the Directors. The interviews were a good mixture of formal and informal, I felt comfortable and enjoyed learning more about the company. It was really exciting coming to the Heron Tower, and the team were welcoming and friendly.
