-Questionnaire comprising of 8 questions -2 Telephone Interviews - Hiring Manager and the HR Director -1 Face to Face with the Hiring Manager which lasted for 90 minutes -8 Face to Face interviews with Department heads -Asked for 3 references - gave 5, they contacted 4 asking them to rate me on certain parameters with examples, length of each discussion about 20 minutes. -Asked for contact details of an immigration attorney for my visa transfer - and even contacted her with questions -Asked for salary expectation and tentative joining date - requesting me to join quickly -I was told that my references were excellent but I am not selected due to technical grounds and the job was already offered/accepted by another candidate. Most unprofessional and insensitive hiring process ever encountered in 17 years of my career. I did not get the job which means I will need my valuable references in the near future. But thanks to the damage caused I am not comfortable using them again at least in the near future.
