I was contacted by E-mail about the opportunity, a phone interview was conducted, I was then asked to come in for a formal interview with two of the managers. The interview was basic, going over my experience and training in more detail, covering what the company has to offer in the way of pay and benefits. Expressed how family oriented they are (which they have been). 3-days after the interview I was offered a position.
