I applied for the Medical Writer role and soon after I got an email to schedule an interview with a recruiter. Interview was mostly letting me know everything about the company, role, etc. She really didn’t ask any questions about myself. She let me know that I would complete a writing test and if the team liked my work, then I would move to two more rounds of interviews. It definitely felt more like an assembly line than anything else. No pay for completing a writing test and also no feedback. I had to reach out to them to get a response after like a week and a half.

Virtual interview was simple and straightforward; not demanding compared to other positions; felt like more of a pulse check than anything; only required a simple presentation of a paper and the questions were not challenging; this position is fully remote so the expectation is to get the work done in a timely manner
