I had my first screening interview with a Head of Recruitment. I liked the process itself; it was a very pleasant conversation. I was given as much information as possible, and all my questions were answered. And we agreed that shortly, we would set the time for the following stages of the interview process. But after that, I didn’t get any feedback at all. Moreover, I sent follow-up emails at least 3 times, but there was no answer to them either. It was very frustrating.
