1st stage - Tech interview ( May or may not code pairing)
2nd stage - Behavioural interview
3rd stage - final round to discuss the offer and packages

Entretien
First is the OA. It was pretty straightforward and easy.
Next one is the phone interview, the recruiter will ask a couple of questions about your resume. Then they will send you a system design problem on the last interview.

Entretien
I was contacted directly by Vanguard HR and an interview was set up promptly. They asked questions about current projects and my experience with relevant tech. I was expecting a coding interview, however, it was mostly an experience based and conversational interview.
