I applied online. I was emailed by the recruiter. I spoke to the recruiter who was nice but very rushed and too casual. Then I had a video interview with the hiring manager and lead that went very well. We talked about the role, my experience and the environment at a high level. I was interested but then ghosted. Recruiter wouldnt reply to my emails and havent heard back in 3 weeks.
