Set up a phone interview with one person and was contacted by second employee for an interview as well by mistake. The woman I spoke with was very brief on the phone and the interview only lasted about 15 minutes. I asked what a typical day would look like and what qualities they look for in an employee (customer service, finance interest, passing proficiency tests etc) and we spoke about financial backgrounds. All STAR format questions.

Interview was good, Interviewer provided alot of information containing to the job description and the benefits. They provided STAR example questions to get a better understanding of who I was and what I can possibly offer to the environment
