Several phone calls. This process went on for months. I received a call from a Recruiter. She set up a phone interview with the hiring manager. That phone interview went well. The Recruiter said that the hiring manager thought I was a good match. Then we waited.... Vanguard never invited me in for the interview. Finally, when I inquired, they said at some point, I would be invited in to take an exam. I finally gave up. I told them to come back to me when they were ready.
