The interview process is very thorough. I had an on-campus internship first with two HR reps which included indepth behavioral and business acumen questions. Then I was flown out to Arizona for an onsite interview. The interview lasted three hours. The first hour described the type of jobs available and the job package. The second and third hours consisted of behavioral "what would you do in this situation" questions.

Entretien
The interview was a two step process, the phone screen was about 15 mins and they were mainly looking for clarity of your voice and if you are articulate. The virtual 1-on-1 interview was fairly easy, about 6 STAR-based questions regarding customer service, communication skills, and learning agility.
