I had a great interview process. Interviewers were courteous and the recruiter ensured that the process ran smoothly. I was clearly communicated what was expected of me at each step, and an offer was made swiftly thereafter.

I had applied over a year ago, so this is fuzzy. I don't recall the exact words, but I remember the coldhearted feeling I got from the whole recruiting process. I was invited to a final round interview for the producer position, something that was UXR related. They went in a different direction, which was understandable. I got feedback from the hiring manager. This was really good. However, a few weeks later I applied to a different role that the hiring manager recommended and was elated to skip to another final round interview. However after preparing for this interview, and being super excited for a second chance, this rejection was brutal. The morning after the interview I just received a one sentence template rejection email, with no human touch from the recruiter, nothing. No response from anyone on feedback either. This left an incredibly sour taste, and felt like a gut punch after all the time I spent preparing. If you are going to reject a candidate after giving a second final round interview within the month, please at least treat me more as a person.
