Process included behavioral questions on a phone call and if moving forward a full day or interviews either over Teams or in person. They expect you to answer using STAR pattern.

One quick 15 minute screener. Then four hour virtual superday. 30 minute intro. 1 hour behavioral with STAR method questions and basic interview stuff. 1 hour situational going through client scenarios. Then networking with current members

On campus interview with recruiter and program leader followed by super day with 3 practical case study interviews with current advisors and a look at life at vanguard. Questions ranged from behavioral to technical given a client situation.

It was very thorough and all of the people interviewing were inquisitive. I accepted the offer because I liked the environment and the interview process. It was an on-site interview.
