I applied online and received a phone call from an HR rep about a week later. I went in for an interview a week later. The interview was not to difficult. Just make sure to prepare for it by learning as much as you can about Vanguard and the industry itself.

Seamless process with very kind people. They made it easy to talk about my experience prior and answered all of my questions honestly. They went by fairly quickly but it felt more like a conversation than an interview.

Got a phone interview that lasted 20 minutes asking about your background and why you are interested in the company. Then they schedule for another with the hiring manager virtually.

There are 2 rounds for interviews, one was over the phone and the other is on Microsoft Teams. The first interview was a lot of asking why I wanted to work for Vanguard, my experience, etc. I have not done the second interview yet.
