Phone interview to make sure you are breathing. Then an in office interview to make sure you took 5 mins to review the website. Then they may check to make sure you have at least one ear and are alive so you can answer the phone all day. They use the STAR format - so just have a few canned response "biggest weakness" "time you did not get along with your manager" - the answer to this of course is "I always get a long with my manager" etc. Then they will give you false information about the job and salary you will be excited and accept the offer then you will be miserable until you go work at Schwab or Fidelity.

My experience interviewing for this position was great because I was able to connect well with my interviewer, which made the conversation feel comfortable and engaging. I was also asked questions about my knowledge of the company, including its values, mission, and what interested me about the role.
