I did a phone interview, very brief, just about my experience. Then I had an in person interview, had to do a case scenario then went to to other questions. They didn't try to trick me or anything, they were genuine.

I applied online and got a call the next day to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was with the recruiter. It took about 1 hour. She asked about 5 behavioral questions and talked about what the company has to offer me. Also stated the salary right there, basically there was no negotiations. THen a few days passed and i got a scheduled an in-person interview.
Make sure you got a suit and tie. Bring your resume and a pen. Met the manager he was nice ask some behavioral questions (most were related to how you handle conflict) and then you will have a case study after that. When answering the case study: Customer comes first always, no matter what, you want to please the customer first and don't get caught up in all the details.
Make sure you research the company before the phone interview, know who they are and what they do, what makes them different than their competitors.
Some people complain about low pay. All finance companies pay about the same. You gotta start somewhere in life. You can't start at the top.

It was simple, applied online and received a call for a phone interview, it went well and was called back for an in person interview. The interviewer were very nice, they did not hide anything about the position. One person was a supervisor and the other person was someone who had worked in the role. They were both nice and guide me through the process. Make sure you ask them questions about the role and what you will encounter day to day
