Met recruiter at recruiting event in NY, had a basic phone interview, then was flown down to NC for a 4 hour interview. Interview included overview of company, positions and 2 one-hour interviews. STAR format behavioral interview. Straight forward questions about accomplishments and how you handle bad situations. HR was very friendly and helping. NC location is mostly a call center though

Entretien
The interview was a two step process, the phone screen was about 15 mins and they were mainly looking for clarity of your voice and if you are articulate. The virtual 1-on-1 interview was fairly easy, about 6 STAR-based questions regarding customer service, communication skills, and learning agility.
