Entretien
They were quick to get back to me and set up an interview time. They also communicated their decision to me in a timely manner. The interview itself was friendly and not overly-formal. Dare I say I had fun during it.

They did ask immigration specific questions. I.e. "What would you do if a client came in with this problem"
