after applying online, if you're shorlisted, HR will contact you to do some online testing, which includes typing test, Medical Terminology MC test, and English Comprehensive test. If you passed these tests, they will contact you to schedule an interview. The interview is about 30-45 mins long, After the interview, the employer may phone you for an verbal offer, and ask about your start date.
