After applying I received an email to set up an initial interview with the two managers that I would be working with most directly. We went over my experience and they had me tell them a little bit about myself. After they told me a little about themselves and discussed the duties and responsibilities associated with the position. At the end of the interview they asked if I was interested in the position still and offered to set me up with a second interview. I accepted! The second interview was a 1-1 interview with the head of HR to talk a little bit more about the culture and general onboarding procedure for Valuize. We talked a little bit about ourselves and the company values. It was an overall excellent experience and everyone was very cordial. At the end of my second interview I was told that I would be contacted shortly letting me know whether or not I received the position. I received an email roughly 24 hours later with a job offer!
