The HR Team had taken an aptitude test and then we had a one on one discussion with the CTO of the company, who asked 40 candidates questions related to Java. After one on one discussions with all the 40 people, 2 were selected for the interview with HR. I was the only one who was selected in the whole campus recruitment process.
