It was smooth and mostly introductory interview. The manager asked about why I wanted to join the team and what previous experiences I have. She talked to me for 30 minutes to understand my communication skills and my fluency.

An interview was nonexistent, they asked me to write up my exact availability on the back of my resume, and they texted me the next day that I could come in for documents and training.
