Phone interview went pretty well. Generic questions for the most part. Learned a lot more about the company and some of the benefits that the employees get. Seemed promising. Online assessment was by far the longest and most exhaustive I have ever taken - about 1200 questions total. Some questions are repeated/rephrased - assuming this is calculated to see if you change your response or your gut answer.
In-person interview was okay. Hiring manager did a decent job of explaining the role and what they are wanting, but didn't really ask any specific questions on how myself and the role would be a mutual fit. Commented on lack of industry experience but no question or discussion on how to overcome that for this role. Seemed somewhat unengaged at times, almost as if their decision had already been made.

Interviewed with the HR recruiter on the phone initially. Was asked to complete an online "cultural fit assessment". Then had a phone interview with the hiring manager. There was no follow up scheduled for an in person after 3 weeks, and I had to follow up directly to be told they were not interested.

Some questions were behavioral interview questions. Also asked about "HR responsibility" experience.
