Entretien
The interview process was structured and professional. It began with an online video interview in which I responded to pre-set technical and motivational questions. After successfully completing this stage, I undertook both an IQ and a psychological assessment. Subsequently, I was invited to a final interview with four individuals: one representative from an external recruitment agency and three from Valmet's technical and management teams. The interviewers inquired about pulp and paper processes, sales engineering, and international mobility. Throughout the process, organization and communication remained clear. Ultimately, I chose not to proceed, as I wished to focus on completing my engineering degree at TalTech.
