Interview was conducted by CIEE my sponsors. the got to know me a little bit to see if im cool with working around people specially children. they made sure im smart enough to go through the process of hiring as i will be having orientation before i start and i should be so careful with daling with the rides and talking to people

Very easy interview process mine was all online and heard back right away! After that you do go through thorough training and training was a little more intense because you are obliviously operating a ride.

If you live in the area, you will be scheduled for a group interview after filling out an online application. The group interviews are not very stressful. You will either have one or two interviewers who have a PowerPoint presentation giving you more information about the job details and benefits. In addition to that presentation, you will be called on to answer a series of questions as well as have the chance to volunteer answers to questions. After the interview, you will provide your availability and hear from them one way or the other in the next few days via email. The email might go to your junk mail so be sure to check it frequently.
