Unorganized; they were not prepared to meet with me at the agreed-upon date and time, and follow up communications were similarly unorganized. The interview itself, conducted on-the-fly by someone who was not expecting to conduct an interview, was acceptable but, again, the overall experience was so unorganized I withdrew my application without waiting to see if they would make an offer.
