Excellent, in-depth interview and an attitude that clearly displayed they were sincerely trying to find the best candidate. Several questions that were good questions and were asked in ways that were extremely nice and amazing.

* HR Screen : Understanding previous background and experience.The HR was really nice and explained about the company culture and values. * Video Interview with Data Science Team Lead : Deeper technical understanding of my work experience . The team lead ( hardly has 1 year of data science experience ) just wanted to understand my previous experience , I got the feeling that I was way more experienced than him and this role might not be a tad junior for me ( tbh the job description said 1-2 years of data science experience ). May be thats why he didnt ask any tech questions to me . * Take Home - Easy - Medium Level difficulty - More Physics + Chemistry knowledge required than data science . * Video Interview with Data Science Team - Solution Presentation + Chat with interview team . The interview went smooth and everyone was nice . My thoughts after the interview was that they are looking for new grads or bootcamp graduates because the entire team were at the same level in terms of knowledge. Mostly doing data analytics revolving around excel sheets + jupyter notebooks combining oil properties rather than any complex big data machine learning problems . Some of the team members were not even familiar SDE concepts. * HR Feedback : Not a positive response but I expected it as well
