Applied through LinkedIn, received a call from HR to set up Phone interview with Hiring manager. Following week I had an one hour phone conversation with Hiring manager. Discussion around my background, current and past jobs, why I was looking to leave current position and information on the role and responsibilities of the job I was applying for. At the end of call they said they would be in touch in 3 weeks to see if I would progress in the process. No communication for 7 weeks, then an Email notification thanking me for my interest but they proceeded with another candidate.
