They contacted the top students from top universities in Egypt, including me. I first made an online Embedded systems test, then an online English test. Both of which were pretty manageable. Then I was invited for an in person interview.

Went through institute. Total 3 rounds, first written, next technical, last hr.
After first round you will be giving interview either for testing or for development. If testing you have to give another written test.
