I met with an employee from an investment firm that is currently investing in Valenz. This person is dedicated to executive level interviews. The interview was typical for executive level. These interviews typically focus on defining KPI’s, measuring efficiencies, experience and how well versed you are. I have always been more of a do’er than talker as my experience has taught me that rarely does a great candidate have both.
