Once selected for interview - received an email with instructions to interview online via Hire Vue. Once signed in you are able to do test questions/ answers to make you less nervous as this is a video interview in where you are able to see yourself as you answer the questions.

Panel Interview with 3 people from the office. About 30 minutes long with 11-12 questions. The atmosphere was professional but welcoming. Make sure you have questions to ask them once the interview is over. That's very important.

Panel/Group interview with about three people, two typicaly from the department you will be in and one from a different department. Applied online. Found opening through indeed but many are posted on the Valencia website.
