First interview with a recruiter, second one with the hiring manager and another manager or director, third one with a more senior-level person. The final interview may involve a presentation on a business case, depending on the role. A lot of paperwork for background checks. They call all contacts. I wasn't thrilled about the process because the senior leaders (2nd and 3rd interview) were not from Canada and didn't know much about how things work here. I don't mind if someone is from another country as we are all immigrants here, but the interviews stroke me as too informal and unprofessional.
