Very intimidating, not alot of interactions with the panel. They would ask a question and then look down at their paper and write notes. Also do not always get feedback about whether or not I got the job. Another disappointing factor is most employees have told me that the Interview process is usually to follow protocol but they already have someone they have picked for the job.. Seems like a waste of time to me. It's been over a year and so im finding this to be true unfortunately.
