First they will call you and set up and interview time. I then reported to the ski school building and sat down with eric rolls. He made me feel very welcome and the interview went very smooth. He asked very basic questions and nothing was too difficult. Overall it was a great experience.
The interview process was mostly online through a platform that had you fill in questions and then submit videos answering questions. After this, it included one phone call with a person to discuss experience, friendliness, and general overall requirements of the job.
