Entretien
I was applying for a winter-season job in Keystone Resort. Since i'm from South America, i applied through an latin-american agency in charge of gathering university students willing to work in the United States for a period up to 4 months with the J1 Visa.
After my online application (through the agency's website) i was scheduled for a single interview with the Human Resources Manager. Since I was being interviewed for an entry level seasonal job, most questions where behavioral (Give me an example of a time when you motivated others, How do you describe your priorities when scheduling your time?, etc). They also asked me why i wanted to work for the Vail Resorts and how i heard from them. After 15 minutes of interview, the interviewer told me it would take them up to 3 weeks to choose their candidates, and so it was.
After 3 weeks, a received a confirmation and i was hired as a full time cashier at one of the resorts' restaurants. My experience there resulted very pleasant, characterized by a very friendly and dynamic environment.

During my interview process, it started by receiving an email to setup a phone interview. After the phone interview, if selected, you will then speak to a manager, Depending the position, you may have to speak to one more person, but I was offered the position at this spot. Was a great overall and quick process.
