No interview just a sit down to see if you are interested they sales pitch the position to you if you are interested you go to HR that day to fill out your paperwork. The orientation is 2 hours and it’s just paperwork

They had me read the script. I had worked here previously, so I knew the drill. Show up on time and you won't have problems. Don't show up on time and you'll have problems.
