The HR recruiter was a no-show for the first interview. I reached out to confirm the interview and got a reply that if we can reschedule for next week. I replied, sure and asked if a day and time worked for them. No reply for the next three days. Reached out one last time again and the recruiter said if I could meet that same day. I said sure and finally had the interview. The interview went really well and by the end, the recruiter told me that I would be a top candidate and he or their superiors would reach out to me the next day to set up the next interview with the hiring manager. Was not contacted afterward. Reached out after a couple of days to maybe get a status update. Was ghosted. Very unprofessional and would avoid interviewing here again.
