The process takes too long, and if you're suddenly in many selection processes, it can become very difficult to stay on track, because I was there for about two months and I was only halfway through the process.

It involved 5 rounds and at many times over those weeks it felt very disorganized. I am aware, after the fact, that the hiring manager made extra effort to improve the experience and keep me in the loop. Without that contribution, process ownership from application to offer could be described as non-existent.
