The interview process started really well, but after a positive interview with the internal recruiter, all communication went dark. The recruiter may have left the company during the process, but no one followed up afterwards. This is the first company with whom I had a lengthy interview, where I did not get any sort of communication afterwards–it's common curtesy to let a candidate know if they're not moving further in the interview process.
