Starts with phone screening to talk about your experience and possible knowledge about the position you are applying for.
Then, you have an interview with 1-2 managers and HR manager as well.
All questions are regarding your experience related to the position, your knowledge, capacities, expectations in the company.
Interview was really good, great feedback from HR and engineering department managers while doing the interview, they both seems to have a lot of experience in their field and looks like they are really bright persons. Procurement manager was good as well but didn't have the chance to talk a lot with her.
Then, you will get a third interview with higher manager or director (in some cases). A phone call to some personal references may be requested, to check your background.
Seems to be a great company, growing fast with an unique product which differentiate's them from their competition. Should be a great opportunity to work if you are looking for a fast-paced/dynamic environment. You will learn a lot, since you may need to support other departments.
Definitely a perfect match for people who wants to growth or likes to keep learning or improving things.
Unfortunately I had to reject their offer, since my salary expectations where a bit higher than the actual offer and they weren't open to negotiation at the moment. Sadly, knowledge or capacities can't be quantified.
