J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez VMware
Entretien
Contacted on Linkedin by company recruiter
Phone interview then 5 interviews, some technical some behavioral
Went on site and met multiple people
Nice campus and recruiter met me there
No really challenging questions
Seemed really easy and not challenging at all. Interviewers did not have a strict script and the technical interviews were straightforward.
Not as half as hard as a Google Interview

J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez VMware (Palo Alto, CA)
Entretien
Took about 3 months to get through the interview process and salary negotiations. Initial phone screen lead to two rounds of progressively more difficult in person interviews. There is a high bar for most positions at VMware -- you will be expected to solve hard problems in areas that are not necessarily aligned to your background. Not quite to the level that you see in the Google process, but you'll sweat just as much.

Question 1
Expect any number of technical questions and stuff that you'd expect an MBA from a top 25 school to get in management consulting interview (ie market sizing).
