Straight forward process. Applied online, interviewer reached out to schedule a phone screening. Second interview was with a portfolio review with a designer, and third interview was another portfolio review with a manager.

What was the rationale for that design decision in your case study?
A very straightforward interview process that included 3 rounds. The recruiter let me know what to expect ahead of time and the names of the people interviewing me. Overall, I had a positive experience.
