once they feel that you meet t he requirements then the next round is a face to face interview with the the hiring manager, after he clears then after a few days there is a telephonic interview with the functional manager, and if he is fine then a final round with the director

2) Initial interview with manager I'd be working with.
3) 4 subsequent rounds of interviews with my larger team.
Most of the interview process was very simple and easy to get through. A few technical questions and a lot of questions regarding my approach to data and workflow.

Quick, Easy, Efficient. They made me feel comfortable and didn't ask any oddball trip you up brain teaser questions which was nice. They are concerned about your prior experience and how you can add value to their organization.
