Had a first interview with an HR on my campus during a company fair to determine my motivation.
Then two of the GSS managers initiated a Skype interview to ask a few questions about my personality, my ambitions and how I would behave in a corporate environment.

Question 1
If you are appointed the leader of a team and your teamates aren't doing what you asked them to do. What do you do?
3 rounds in total, 2 rounds technical and 1 managerial. With proper preparation it can be cracked easily. Be strong with basics. Basic concepts like HA, vMotion, DRS, Affinity, VM snapshot, Upgradation procedure and troubleshooting are important.

The process took me 2 weeks, the technical interview was a little bit tough but the interviewr was really supportive and patience,
Management Interview was really nice just situational qouistins to know how you act and how is your personality

Very organized and to the point and full process of interview was finished in 1 day.
HR took lot of time to release offer letter and did not why they took so much time.
